Hello Social Workers

Context
An Ontario social-work and psychotherapy practice whose services were clear to the team but hard to navigate for someone arriving in the middle of a difficult week.
Problem
Services were described in the practice's own vocabulary rather than in the words people actually search for, and the path from reading about a service to booking a consultation was longer than it needed to be.
What we framed
We rebuilt the information architecture around client intent: who the service is for, what a first session involves, and what happens next. Language was rewritten to match how people describe what they are looking for.
What we built
A responsive site with a structured service architecture, individual service pages, practitioner information and lead forms placed where the decision is actually made rather than only on a contact page.
Discovery setup
Search Console, sitemap and indexing, metadata and canonicals, structured Organization and Service data, clear location and service information, and an analytics baseline.
Outcome
The practice now has a site that explains its services in the client's language and routes enquiries into a single, trackable booking path.
The work
Desktop
Service architecture rebuilt around client intent, with the enquiry path placed where the decision is actually made.

Mobile
Most people arrive on a phone, often mid-week and mid-difficulty. The mobile path was designed first.
