Bruno & Co.

Context
A Canadian direct-to-consumer pet brand with strong products and an engaged local following. Most of the brand's momentum came from events and word of mouth, and the store had not yet been built to carry that momentum online.
Problem
The catalogue was organised around inventory rather than around how customers shop. Product pages assumed knowledge a first-time buyer did not have, and campaign and event activity had nowhere to land except the homepage.
What we framed
We restructured the store around the decisions a first-time buyer actually makes: what the product is, who it is for, why the materials and ingredients matter, and what to buy first. Campaign and event activity was given a dedicated landing path.
What we built and shot
Shopify architecture, navigation and collection logic, a product-page template written to educate rather than to list specifications, and email capture. Product photography and video were planned against those templates and shot to fit them, not adapted afterwards.
Discovery setup
Search Console, sitemap and indexing, structured Organization and Product data, clear product and business information, an analytics baseline, and crawler accessibility checks so the store is not unintentionally blocking major search and AI discovery systems.
Outcome
The store now explains the product without a salesperson present, and campaign and event traffic has somewhere built to receive it. Performance data belongs to the client — we do not publish numbers we cannot attribute.
The work
The storefront
Collection logic, a product page written to educate, and the size guide that answers the question actually blocking the sale.

Product photography
Planned against the page templates, not adapted to them afterwards.

Campaign and events
The launch film, the education series and the event recap all point back to this store. The full campaign lives in Production.
